To be considered, the applicant must be:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all orders quotations and development requests by customers.
• Coordination with development team at the factory to create and design products upond request.
• Coordination with factory production department for orders follow-up and delivery deadline respect.
• Working with ERP software system of the company.
• Able to identify & resolve customers’ problems.
• May have to spend some days per month at the factory in Shenzhen - China PRC to follow-up with project management team.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be a Hong Kong SAR citizen.
• Knowledge in jewellery business (raw materials composition, stones names, development & production processes) with at least 3 years experience.
• Good written & spoken Cantonese / Mandarin / English languages. Foreign Asian language is a plus.
• Good skill in Microsoft Office computer software.
• Good presentation, you will face the customers everyday to follow their request.
• Able to work under pressure (customers, delivery deadline).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, social, cooperating, team work, integrity.
