Responsibilities:

• Handle QA activities in HQ level to resolve customer complaints and follow up actions with cross-plant technical/market teams
• Assist to plan, implement, review and revise the Corporate Policy & Procedure for all achievable QA/QC activities in HQ level
• Assist to handle ad hoc or routine projects and liaise with other concerned functions, not only operational and technical teams in HQ level
• Prepare NMR Analysis and in-depth or trend complaint analysis report for management/plant awareness sharing and improvement plan                                               
• Support to handle incident, quality alert or ad hoc issues

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Food Science and Technology, knowledge in  Food Microbiology, Food Chemistry, and Food Processing
• Successfully completed a certificate course in HACCP
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in food manufacturing industry with minimum 1 year in supervisory level
• Strong analytical mind, self-initiative, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills and team player
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficiency in using PC applications i.e. Outlook, Word, Excels etc.
