We are looking for JAPANESE SPEAKING Merchandising/Production Manager – with details as follows :
THE JOB
- Reporting to the Japanese Director
- Lead a team of 6 Mainland Chinese merchandisers and QCs in Dongguan office
- Provide professional merchandising & client servicing to Japanese toy/gift branded clients
- Source vendor factories in China for the production of toys/gift items
- Lead the Team for order processing from sampling, mass production until shipment completed
- Coordinate with vendor factories for product and production follow up
- Be the key person to coordinate with Japanese customers
- Monitor order status to meet delivery deadline
- Proficient in Japanese and Mandarin
- 6 to 10 years trading or manufacturing experience, of which preferably minimum 2 years in toys/gift/premium items
- Experience for Japan market/Japanese customers
- Work experience in Japanese companies a plus
- Experience in handling Japanese famous toys/gift brands is a plus
- Experience in leading mainland Chinese subordinates is a plus
- Monitoring order status to meet delivery deadline
- Frequent Dongguan trip or station Dongguan
- Accomodation provided
- 5 days work
