Responsibilities:

• Develop sales and marketing strategies to improve market share for existing product lines
• Identify new target markets & develop strategies to enter them
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting & developing annual sales budgets
• Manage existing and creating new customer relationships
• Communicate with China factories and internal parties to meet the delivery schedules
• Follow up the whole merchandising process from product development until production
• Coordinate samples development and prepare for customer presentation
• Participate in overseas trade shows

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in sales & marketing / business management preferred in Toys sector
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Multiples languages speaker would be an advantage (German, French and Spanish)
• Detail and a strong sense of pro-activity will also be part of your arsenal
• Possess strong leadership, analytical, communication and presentation skills
