Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and supervise merchandising teams to monitor overall from product development to production
• Work with design and merchandising teams to set up and closely monitor the time & action calendar
• Liaise with design team and internal parties to ensure quality control and on-time delivery
• Lead merchandising teams to source new suppliers / factories, and maintenance good working relationship with existing ones
• Evolve to negotiate competitive price with vendors and factories

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Fashion / Textile or related disciplines
• At least 10 years merchandising experience with at least 4 years at managerial level
• Solid experience in knit / sweater with strong technical knowledge is a must.  Experience in woven is an advantages
• Familiar in dealing with overseas design team
• Strong sourcing & negotiation skills with good presentation skills
• Good command of spoken & written in English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in using MS Office, including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Excellent communication, planning, analytical and leadership skills
• Mature, strong self of belonging attitude, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Occasional travel to PRC is required
