Job Description
Responsibilities
- Establish, implement & maintain food safety operation policies and guidelines to meet ISO22000 requirements
- Lead & coordinate internal activities as per ISO22000 requirements
- Conduct GMP & quality checking
- Monitor the food safety & quality performance by regular trend & complaints analysis
- Carry out corrective action in case of any deviations
- Collaborates with internal & external customers on food safety related matters
- Investigate and handle customers’ complaints related to food safety & quality issues
- Coordinate and participate quality and hygiene training to production staff.
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Food Science or related discipline.
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in food industry or catering services, exposure of central kitchen will be an advantage.
- Familiar with quality assurance systems (HACCP/ISO9001/ISO22000), with lead auditor qualification will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of food laws and experience with food regulations.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing.
- Self-motivated, independent, well-organized, strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
- Working location: Tai Po Industrial Estate
