Job responsibilities:

• Lead teams to secure the confirmed delivery date and quality on both materials and products (apparel and accessories) with monitoring manufacturing process
• Align with headquarter in Japan on high level strategy and direction for global SCM
• Maintain business cooperative relationship with overseas sales offices, factories and material suppliers
• Provide solutions for delivery and quality issue on both materials and products to the teams
• Coach team managers of cross-functional relationship
• Enhance the preparation of manual, guideline or SOP as business operation improvement by close communication with headquarter in Japan

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Clothing, Textile or relative disciplines
• At least 15 years’ experience in garment production management, preferably with hands on experience in sports apparel and accessories items
• In-depth knowledge of production and inspection process for both fabrics and products
• With solid experience to deal with overseas factories and material suppliers independently
• Well-understanding about the importance and essential of CSR and compliance
• Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills
• Capability to develop subordinates including team managers
• Good command of both spoken & written in English and Mandarin
• Good command in Japanese is a must
• Frequent travel to all over Asia
