Duties : 

• In charge of garment manufacturing & production processes 
• Lead the production department and oversee the daily operation 
• Responsible for solving different problems at production stage 

Requirement :         

• At least 10 years of solid woven garment manufacturing experience in sizable factory with minimum 3 years’ of supervisory experience      
• Knowledge in production operation & quality assurance 
• Able to calculate and articulate capacity of production line 
• Able to lead and motivate staff with strong desire to train and develop subordinates' full potential. 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese 
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule
