Responsibilities

• Daily Patrol the food production areas at Central Kitchen according to the daily checklist provided
• Check the specification of food items at food production area like storage temperature, weight, labeling & packing are up to standard hygiene regulations
• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor for the chemicals picking at Central Kitchen according to the requisition forms
• Monitor the usage of chemical, cleaning & sanitary stock by different kitchen and warehouse. Ensure their usages are up to standard hygiene regulations
• Report any discrepancy of stock receiving to internal admin & purchasing team for their follow up
• Coordinate and monitor monthly pest control service. Follow up the performance of pest control and make recommendations for management’s review
• Need to report duties during weekends and holidays (weekends and holiday shift), and one overnight per month depending on schedule set by supervisor

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Food Science
• Outgoing personality with good communication skill
• Hardworking, attention to detail and self-motivated
• Ability to work cooperatively with others
• Basic Computer skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Immediate available is preferred
