Job Description
Key responsibility:
- Initiate, develop and implement key HR strategies and provide effective leadership and direction to establish and strengthen a full spectrum of HR functions
- Oversee full spectrum of HR support services including recruitment, compensation and benefits, leave management, performance management, staff training and development, HR system administration and maintenance, employee relation, policy formulation and review, etc.
- Implement control on cost related to human resources
- Cultivate the corporate culture
- Advise internal departments of recruitment
- Other ad hoc projects
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above (preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related )
- At least 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in managerial level within a sizeable corporation, preferably with PRC exposure
- Well-versed with PRC Labor Law & Ordinances
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Station in PRC is required
- Immediate available is preferred
