Responsibilities:

• Monitor performance of sales agents to ensure their business results meet the pre-set targets
• Assist in formulating sales promotion activities and monitor the results
• Compile advertising and sales training materials for sales agents
• Prepare sales reports as well as statistical analysis
• Coordinate with agents and their respective clients to produce advertisements, direct mails, collateral and other supportive materials
• Assist in drafting sales proposals/presentations
• Handle key accounts
• Conduct clients visits together with agents' salespersons
• Assist in conducting sales/marketing activities at local/overseas trade fairs

Requirements:

• Degree holder in business administration, marketing or similar discipline
• Minimum 2-year working experience in channel sales management, merchandise trade or sales and marketing field. Preferably with experience in handling overseas key accounts
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Able to work under pressure and within tight schedules
• Able to work independently
• PC literate with good knowledge of MS Office
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Putonghua 

Remuneration and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
