Responsibilities:

• Assist the Department Head with robust business insights covering both internal customer analytics and external market reviews for business planning
• Develop frameworks for information collection and analysis
• Conduct customer analyses and drive cross-selling campaigns to increase product holding and usage
• Understand customer behavior through exploration of big data
• Identify business opportunities and develop segmentation strategy to enhance customer stickiness and profitability
• Lead market research on bank’s branding healthiness, customer’s satisfaction and the latest market information so as to provide information for senior management on strategic planning

Requirements:

• University graduate in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Mathematics, Decision Science, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
• Over 8 years’ experience in banks, financial institutions or insurance companies 
• Proven track record in business intelligence analysis, customer segmentation, marketing campaign management, CRM business applications, and market research
• Strong project management skills and experience with managing large scale projects
• Strong numerical acumen with in-depth experience in statistical modeling and analytics
