Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and feedbacks via phone or in writing in professional manner
• Follow up with internal parties for solving customer problems
• Assist in maintaining daily operation of Customer Relations Management (CRM) including data processing and program logistics;
• Work with other departments and branches to provide support to customers;
• Prepare reports for operation management to measure, analyze and review the service standard  
• Handle ad hoc tasks and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated or above; 
• Minimum 2 years working experience, with experience in customer services/ CRM would be an asset;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing;
• Can-do attitude, independent, customer-oriented, good telephone manner and communication skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. 
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
