Responsibilities:

• To provide secretarial and administrative support, such as meeting coordination, report consolidation and filing, to the Manager of Service Promotion

• To provide administrative, marketing and logistic support as well as to undertake on-site duties for local and overseas trade promotional events related to licensing, ICT and MICE service sectors and flagship events of the team

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of solid relevant experience
• Proactive, self-initiated and efficient
• Prudent, organised and detail-minded
• Fast learner and team player
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with people from all levels
• Willingness to work long hours to meet tight deadlines
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS applications, Chinese word-processing and iPAD applications

Remuneration and Benefits: 

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be offered.
