Responsibilities: 

• Assist Manager in the development and implementations for marketing strategies and promotion plans to achieve business and marketing goals
• Coordinate and execute marketing tactics and action plans to achieve business goals
• Assist in the management of the our brands pages/accounts on different social media platforms, including but not limited Facebook, Instagram, Weibo & WeChat
• Perform analysis on sales performance and promotion effectiveness with the objective in identifying market insights and sales opportunities
• Work closely with promotional partners, suppliers, advertising and PR agencies on various marketing initiatives from stretch till completion.

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferable in Marketing or Business Studies
• At least 1-2 years experience in marketing/ brand management or digital marketing experience gained in FMCG/Beauty/Skincare.  Fresh graduate is welcome;
• Analytical, well organized with strong problem –solving, project management and multitasking
• Independent, proactive, flexible, resourceful, energetic, self-initiated  handling own brand is a plus
• Strong consumer and marketing sense; excited to innovate in a fast-paced in a rapidly-expanding company
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC skills and Chinese word processing is a must
• Immediate available is highly preferred
