Our client is the leading enterprise management software provider in the Asia Pacific Region and serving thousands of client across various industries. Due to business expansion rapidly, they are looking for a high caliber to join their marketing team in Hong Kong.

Descriptions:

• Provide full administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing Department
• Assist in preparing and coordinating exhibitions, seminar and client events etc.
• Maintain and assist in copywriting, translation, production and sourcing of marketing collateral (e.g. Brochures, Leaflet and social media feed)
• Work closely with vendors and internal departments on project coordination
• Implement marketing research and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
• 1-year relevant experience is preferred; Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Self-motivated, willing to learn, well-organized with attention to detail
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Proficient in Mandarin is an advantage
