Responsibilities:

Brand Management

• To support the achievement of the seasonal sales and profit targets based on the connected commerce business plan for assigned brands
• To run, prepare, and/or request reports as needed for monitoring brands’ performance and planning upcoming strategies, including KPI reports, marketing proposals, post mortems, and customer relationship management (CRM) analysis
• To track and evaluate the performance of assigned brands and marketing activities on a regular basis with the Assistant Manager or Senior Merchandise Manager
• To analyze inventory efficiency and manage stock flow through strategic replenishment
• To work on marketing plans and execution to build the Lane Crawford beauty brand
• To support Omni development through assisting with online upload, digital content development, product coordination for visual merchandising and effective communication plans.
• To be proactive in understanding the competition, and take action to minimize any loss of Lane Crawford market share

Relationship Management

• To work with vendors to formulate a yearly calendar of strategic sales and marketing programs
• To work with internal departments to plan and drive BU and brand programs
• To work closely and develop strong relationships with vendors, business partners, and landlords to identify business opportunities to promote the business units & brands
• Establish new partnerships to support key business development initiatives

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in marketing / merchandising experience
• Diploma or above education qualification is required
• Excellent spoken and written English. Chinese language would be nice to have
• Team player who is proactive with can-do attitude
• Related experience in Beauty / Cosmetic industry will be preferred
• Immediately available is an advantage
