Responsibilities:

• Plan, formulate and execute marketing strategies and programmes, including advertising, media buying and PR
• Work closely with advertising agency, creative companies and other contractors for the design and production of marketing collaterals
• Keep abreast and update records of market information and trends

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing/ PR & Communications/ Real Estate or relevant discipline
• 8-10 years of solid experience with proven track record of residential property marketing
• Creative and resourceful, proactive and result-oriented, devoted and self-disciplined, with good business acumen
• Strong marketing sense with good aesthetic judgment
• Excellent negotiation and bargaining skills
• Strong leadership and motivation skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua a plus)
• Applicant with less experience will be considered for manager position
