Job Description
The client is a multinational listed outdoor media company. With their current expansion, the client is now seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide admin and secretarial support to the Executive Chairman for Asia.
Responsibilities:
managing the day-to-day travel, calendar and meeting arrangements
prioritizing correspondence, calendars and meetings
prepare meeting agenda's, take minutes and prepare meeting materials
act as an ambassador for the Executive Chairman (expatriate) and work with a range of external stakeholders
handle daily office management operations
other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
high diploma/ degree holder in business administration or secretarial qualification
excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
fluent Mandarin is a plus
at least 3 years’ experience supporting senior level management
excellent knowledge of MS Office and Excel
good multi-tasking and communication skill
