Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for order follow up, liaise with customers and internal parties.
• Prepare shipping documents.
• Handle customer enquiries including sample arrangement, product development and price quotation.
• Maintain and enhance relationship with existing oversea customers.
• Assist and support various marketing projects and promotion activities.
• Occasional business trip to China factory, and oversea exhibitions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above (both local and overseas graduates will also be considered).
• 1-2 years working experience.
• Good command of both written & spoken Chinese/ Mandarin.
• Proficiency in English communication (a must), outstanding presentation & interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Self-motivated individual with a highly developed sense of commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Mature, Aggressive and Results-oriented; Willing to learn (On-the-Job training will be provided).
• Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-growing, constantly changing environment with strong sense of responsibility.
• Max. 1 month notice would be accepted.
