Job Description
Deliver the brand messaging and make our brand visible to the target audience, engage them in an online conversation and journey to explore about our brand, our product offerings, then onto the path to purchase. Create content which could be either adapted from global assets or produced regionally/locally. Design and optimize regional the user experience on Timberland.com
Responsibilities:
Digital and Social Marketing
- Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including but not limited to SEO/SEM, social media, email, display advertising campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Create and provide digital marketing toolkit and social content for markets to activate according to the regional seasonal marketing calendar
- Content created should follow regional digital marketing strategy, social marketing content & community management strategies in tandem with global/regional brand marketing direction.
- Content provided by anchor brand should be adapted wherever necessary to resonate with Asian consumers.
- Manage and collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners in delivering quality digital and social assets
Website and Other Online Portals
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create landing pages, digital assets, and optimize user experience for our owned online properties
- Manage product matrix upload process per season, and work with markets to ensure smooth website refresh
Others
- Oversee development of localized content by markets
- Track and monitor markets usage of regional content and effectiveness of content types: local vs. regional; promotional vs product vs lifestyle, etc.
- Monitor local country websites and social media sites to ensure branding consistency
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital / social marketing
- With sense of urgency and able to meet multiple deadlines
- Able to work under multi-national culture and collaborate with teams in APAC
- Experience in project management and assets management is required
- Experience in Ecommerce and regional exposure is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
