Job Description

Responsibilities: 
  • Handle customer enquiries from hotline, email and facebook
  • Making outboard calls to customers to follow up their enquiries and complaints
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction level 
  • Collect feedback from customer and analyse their issue and give recommendations to operation team
  • Create and update engaging content for social media channel 
  • Participate in promotion activities
 
Requirements:
  • Diploma or above 
  • Experience in customer service is an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written Philippines and English 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Problem solving skills and able to work independent 
  • With valid HKID and/ or working visa
