Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries from hotline, email and facebook
- Making outboard calls to customers to follow up their enquiries and complaints
- Maintain high customer satisfaction level
- Collect feedback from customer and analyse their issue and give recommendations to operation team
- Create and update engaging content for social media channel
- Participate in promotion activities
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Experience in customer service is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written Philippines and English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills and able to work independent
- With valid HKID and/ or working visa
