Responsibilities:

• Liaise with secondary schools being supported under the Group’s flagship CSR program “Project WeCan”
• Liaise with Corporate Sponsors and support them in launching a wide range of programmes and activities in their partner schools
• Assist in coordinating and executing joint-school programmes and publicity events
• Engage the Group’s internal volunteers in joint-school activities of Project WeCan and provide support as necessary
• Support the Project WeCan Secretariat in other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder, major in Communications preferred but not essential
• 5 years’ relevant experience with proven track record in coordinating and executing large scale community relations activities / programmes
• Strong liaison and networking skills with organizational, planning and execution skills
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills, and a good team player
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and the ability to communicate effectively
• Attentive to details with strong commitment to accomplish tasks under tight deadlines
• Able to work on irregular hours occasionally

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Community Affairs Assistant.

We work 5 days per week.
