Responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing and implementing promotional events as well as customer loyalty programs including but not limit to event / exhibition management
• Responsible for acquisition and retention of VIP members, development of mobile application for customer experience enhancement
• Collaboration with brands on joint promotion opportunities and review of program effectiveness through data analytics

Requirements:

• University graduates in marketing, communications or related disciplines
• At least 6 years’ relevant working experience in event management, CRM or loyalty marketing preferably in shopping mall / retail industries
• Creative, organized, of good analytical skills and with sound knowledge in mobile CRM applications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written & spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Independent with minimum supervision
• Overtime work on weekends and public holidays are necessary
