Responsibilities

• To solicit quality mortgage loan (including 1^st mortgage/2^nd mortgage) and property owner’s personal loan including private and non-private property owner to achieve business target;
• To establish and develop clientele and business referral network;
• To interview loan applicants and analyse their needs and to devise tailor made loan package;
• To conduct due diligence on loan applicants including checking & verifying their identity and property ownership and to verify all supporting documents and to perform credit checking;
• To interview, interpret and explain to the loan applicant the loan documentations and crucial terms and conditions to comply with regulatory requirements;
• To follow up until successful drawdown of loan and to provide after sale quality customer services; and
• To develop and to devise new products to meet market competition and demand.

Requirements

• Form 5 or above;
• At least 3 years’ or more relevant experience;
• Outing marketing and result oriented character;
• Proven marketing experience and records;
• Honest with positive job attitude, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
• Good established clientele and quality referral agent network; and
• Candidates with lesser experience may be considered as Marketing Officer.
