Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to Company’s various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives including the Group’s flagship CSR project “Project WeCan” and staff volunteering activities as well as preparing various presentation materials and CSR reports
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Communications, Translation, Environmental Studies and Sustainability or related discipline
- Minimum 3 year’s administration experience preferably in public affairs or marketing or in sizeable companies
- Experience in participating/ organizing community services would be an advantage
- Dynamic, presentable, detail-minded, pleasant and with good organization & communication skills
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in PC applications e.g. MS Word & Excel, Chinese Word Processing
- Skills on multi-media production software would be an advantage
- Occasional work out of office hours and/or weekends is required
