Maxim's Learning & Organization Development department is seeking an enthusiastic communications expert to join its corporate culture & communication team.  This role will be responsible for day-to-day planning and execution of employee communications that engage and align staff with Maxim's Vision and Values.

The ideal candidate is a hybrid communications and marketing person with a deep passion for building communications narratives across multiple channels including in-person town halls, staff events, intranets, job candidate wbsites, enterprise social network, email, video, on-premise public displays, etc.

• Construct and implement staff communications and events that have direct impact on employee alignment and engagement
• Serve as employee news strategist, including composing, editing, and distribution of content across diverse channels including intranet , email, newsletters, live events, digital signage, etc.
• Oversee the executions and monitor the measurements of key employee events
• Curate and share outsanding employee stories that demonstrate our core values and culture at work
• Identify opportunities to leverage content across internal/external communication channels to reach out to employees and candidates inside and outside the company
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional partners to develop employee communications, as needed

If you are..

• Bachelor's Degree in communications or marketing preferred
• 7+ years relevant experience in employee communications or marketing communications
• Relevant experience in sizable companies and using social media platforms and enterprise social network (e.g. Microsoft Yammer, Sharepoint) is a must
• Strong storyteller and creative thinker with ability to distill information into a concise message to share through various channels
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, coupled with proven ability to set priorities, manage deadlines, and cope with multiple projects at once
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, creative, accurate and detail-oriented
• Excellent Chinease and English written and speaking skills
• Proficient in MS Office application including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
