Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and execute of multi-layered 360 marketing programs and events that will elevate awareness, drive business results and brand love
  • Identify and formulate partnership opportunities within target segments and implement business plans that are in line with the business goals
  • Coordinate and synergize the execution of cross-functional communication to ensure continuity with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Hands on and be able to guide and interface with all agencies/partners and vendors in developing marketing programs/events for the brands
  • Monitor success and opportunities for improvement in a test-and-learn environment to improve return on investment

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality/tourism/shopping mall operations and/or entertainment marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Experience in hospitality, entertainment and/or shopping mall business
  • Experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns and events
  • Strong analytical skills, understand and summarize business implications of numbers and customer insights
  • Strong organizational mindset and experience with project management
  • Independent and able to work under pressure and tight schedules
  • Must be a team player and be able to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
