Responsibilities:

• Report to Marketing Controller
• Assist in formulating and monitoring CRM strategic plans and objective
• Arrange in CRM promotions to drive customer loyalty and business sales
• Analyze customer database for formulating, driving and delivering creative CRM marketing plans
• Arrange and organize member activities and events
• Assist in developing customer communication via different above-the-line, below-the-line and digital channels
• Assist to strengthen and enhance brand image
• Assist in planning and monitoring annual marketing budget
• Develop and implement marketing communication initiatives
• Communicate and work independently with advertising agencies, production houses, external parties and internal departments
• Arrange evaluation and analysis
• Conduct market research

Requirements: 

• University graduate in marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ marketing and communication experience, preferably in retail / FMCG industry
• With experience in CRM, customer related analytic projects, loyalty marketing and etc.
• Excellent coordination and organizational skills, self-motivated, initiative, good ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and effectively
• Strong communication, analytical skills, good in numbers and business acumen, detail-minded, well-organized, independent and a good team player
• Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in PC skills (MS Word/Excel/Power Point/Chinese Work Processing)
• Immediate available is preferred
