Responsibilities:

• Lead brand and communications strategies for the Global Group and its subsidiaries
• Develop positioning recommendations and define brand elements
• Define and create various marketing materials and collaterals to be used across multiple media platforms, develop creative concepts for consideration
• Develop and execute communication, public relations and social media engagement plans and carry out all promotional campaigns and corporate events
• Manage vendors, including global network of PR agencies, to strategically plan and deliver on PR and social media initiatives
• Support internal teams in execution of campaigns as well as online and offline promotion
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Communications, Public Relations, Media, Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in marketing, public relations or communications field, preferably in MNC or agency environment
• With strong start-up / entrepreneurship mindset to make something happen
• Able to recommend strategic direction and work with minimal supervision
• Proven track record of successful brand building and corporate image development
• Capable of overseeing the complete event management process independently
• Proven successful social media / digital marketing campaigns from development to execution
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and competing priorities
• Self-starter who can work autonomously as well as in a collaborative team environment
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (oral & written)
