• Coordinate with operations and sales teams on shipments and rates respectively
• Account management and handling customer inquiries and complaints
• Manage daily operations of online activities and e-commerce system
• Participate in development and execution of digital marketing, website development and social media to increase brand awareness for business growth.
• Formulate and execute marketing plans; establish and strengthen social media network including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.
• Keep track and evaluation of online marketing platforms
• Strong analytical skills to drive marketing results, transforming data to actionable insight and recommendations
• Develop, execute and optimize online channels to maximize ROI by SEM, SEO and Google Analytics
• Develop strategic paid media plans including media spend projections, media mix (Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, Re-marketing), and A/B test strategies
• Study market trends and customer online behaviors to identify new opportunities for marketing promotion
• English copy writing and managing various tasks

• University graduate in Marketing, eCommerce or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in digital or online marketing
• Independent and demonstrates initiative, good communication and problem solving skills
• Strong ability to multi-task and able to work under pressure
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Adwords, EDM marketing, SEM and SEO and good understanding of social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube)
• Graphic design skills including Illustrator and Photoshop would be a plus
• Positive thinking, self-driven and with strong marketing sense and business acumen
• Immediate available is preferred
• Fresh graduates might be considered if he/she demonstrates exceptional ability
