Main Responsibilities:

• Managing ground transportation requirements for financial roadshows, events and corporates
• Handling incoming reservations and providing logistic information on transportation services
• Client and account management, and providing detailed quotation and budgets
• Managing on-site event ground transportation when required
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, clients and suppliers
• Manage ad-hoc projects to meet business objectives and targets
• Able to work on a shift basis
  
  

Candidate Profile:

• Candidates with Roadshows experience/ Project management will be considered as Roadshows Manager
• Previous experience in the Travel and Tourism industry is preferred
• Excellent in both verbal and written English; Cantonese & Mandarin (Japanese is a plus)
• IT Literate (Training will be given on the in-house systems)
• Proactive and excellent communication and team working skills
• High level of motivation and enthusiasm
• Excellent and professional telephone manner
• Accuracy and exceptional eye for detail
• Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines
• A flexible approach and a desire to involve in all aspects of an expanding high-level service business
