PERSONAL ASSISTANT / MARKETING / PR coordinator

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle Director’s meeting schedules, flight booking and accommodation, personal matters and family matters
• Handle office administration works and HR works
• Handle confidential matters
• Ad hoc duties if required
• Handle directors personal administrative matters

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or above
• Positive and supportive mind set 
• Trustworthy
• Able to work independently  
• Thoughtful, sensitive, attentive, initiative and helpful
• Good communication in both English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and online programs

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Content writing & Concept Marketing – Creating content and drafting letters, e-mails, brochures etc. for various activities, events, initiatives, partners and stakeholders of AFI
• Social Media Marketing – Managing AFI’s presence across social media channels
• Fund Raising – Identifying and researching about prospective sponsors; drafting letters and e-mails for them etc
• - Marketing for the in house brands for EDIT and interior and architectural studio EDITECTURE :
