Responsibilities:

• Prepare of customers correspondence, proposals, quotation, contracts and sales pipeline report
• Arrange appointments and meetings with customers and prepare the appropriate material for each appointment or meeting. e.g. products brochures or case studies
• Assist in the co-ordination of all pre-and-post-sales' activities
• Collaboration with other departments to deal with any product or technical queries
• Researching your market and conduct business intelligence in Hong Kong
• Other more dynamic duties for candidates with potential. 
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business Management or other related disciplines
• Be passionate and have the drive and determination to meet/ exceed set goals
• Able to coordinate work progresses in a systematic manner
• Pleasant, well-organized and self-driven, with customer service sense
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Good knowledge in MS Office application,
• Auto-CAD / Vision Basic Knowledge
