Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop & lead retail business and projects of new brands including sales & marketing, shops operations, product management etc.
- Plan, formulate and implement strategies, policies & procedures for continuous improvement to accomplish corporate objectives and sales performance
- Develop & drive business to achieve sales target & maximize sales profits
- Collaborate with various internal and external parties to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of workflow for future improvement & growth
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
- Work location: Kwun Tong / Kwai Chung
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 6 years’ working experience in driving jewellery, luxury or retail business preferred
- Dynamic, independent with analytical mind
- A good team player with strong business acumen and problem solving abilities
- Proactive, fast-paced with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
