This lifestyle, sport and fashion brand is a category and market leader with a rapidly expanding business in Asia Pacific.  A unique opportunity exists for a senior and experienced footwear merchandising professional with a background in footwear to join the organisation in Hong Kong.

In this newly created regional role you will create and own the footwear line for the region with responsibility for the strategic director and product line management.  You will identify key market trends, build seasonal lines, achieve partner and market objectives, and ensure the global line achieves local market requirements.  You will lead and manage a team, create seasonal product strategies, lead product briefs, work with partners, ensure GTM integration with product and local teams, understand and analyse market trends, and oversee merchandising operations.

Requirements
 - University degree in a related discipline; an MBA preferred
 - 15+ years in footwear merchandising and product line management
 - Skilled in leading, managing and developing an experienced footwear merchandising team
 - Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
 - Willingness to travel around the region on a regular basis
