This US-listed multinational group owns a portfolio of leading brands and operates multiple business models throughout the region and around the world.  A unique opportunity exists for a senior and experienced retail planning professional with a background in footwear and/or apparel to join the organisation in Hong Kong.

In this role you will oversee retail planning and allocation strategies and activities for Asia Pacific ensuring strong collaboration and alignment between pre and in-season actions with further responsibilities for directing the development, execution, and communication of the strategic merchandise financial plans to improve merchandise planning and forecasting, pricing strategy, operating profit and ROI, in addition to ensuring the smooth implementation and long term adoption of the best-practices.

Requirements
 - University degree in related discipline; an MBA preferred
 - 15+ years in footwear and/or apparel retail planning and allocation
 - Skilled in leading, managing and development a retail planning and allocation team
 - Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
 - Willingness to travel around the region on a regular basis
