This position is responsible for the development and marketing of Heifer HK’s education and fundraising programs.

Responsibilities:

1. Heavily involved in developing and marketing to promote and recruit participants for HHK’s education and fundraising programs

2. Draft, edit and work with vendors to produce marketing communications and educational materials, including program collaterals, DMs & e-DMs, advertising, TVC, Facebook, website and publications

3. Assist in developing digital marketing and social media strategies.  Manage, maintain and enhance the program website and Facebook page, also help with result analysis and reporting

4. Work with the digital marketing vendors to maximize SEO and SEM performance

5. Solicit media and free/discounted advertising channels in traditional and digital media to increase visibility of the program

6. Coordinate with international schools participating in the program and conduct English school talks whenever needed

7. Person-in-charge in organizing program events, study trips and educational workshops

8. Assist in the pitching and caring of corporate donors supporting the program

9. Assist in developing new programs to engage various children and youth market

10. Supervise Assistant Education & Communications Officer for the coordination and logistics of the program

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree with at least 6 years relevant experience, preferably in Journalism, Communications or Marketing

2. Excellent written skills in Chinese and English.  Fluency in spoken English.

3. Knowledge in website CMS and other digital marketing tools is definitely an advantage

4. MS Office skills and design software is preferable

5. Experience in working in the NGO is a plus

6. Goal-oriented Customer-focused and creative

7. Candidates with less experience may consider as Senior Communications & Education Officer
