ABOUT THE ROLE 

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and delivery of the CTM Group’s marketing and communications strategy in Asia, across the corporate and events business lines.

A key focus of the marketing team’s output is in building brand awareness and driving lead generation, as the company seeks to cement its position as the best travel provider in Asia. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing regional strategies that align with the CTM Group’s global and regional growth goals, and for the effective implementation and analysis of all marketing and communications initiatives which support these goals. 

The Marketing Manager works in collaboration with CTM’s Global Marketing Team to develop, implement and optimise globally aligned yet localised marketing strategies. It is a hands-on role, working in a fast-paced, dynamic and friendly environment where no two days are ever the same!

This role would suit an experienced marketing manager looking to take both a strategic and hands-on role which will shape the future of the corporate and events marketing output. Minimum 3-5 years years of marketing leadership experience is required, with demonstrable expertise in digital marketing, communications and brand management.

  

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the regional Asia corporate and event marketing plans and budgets focused on high volume growth in brand awareness and lead generation   

• Regular reporting on brand awareness and lead generation activity, including Google Analytics,Adwords, social media and Hubspot reporting – to review and optimise campaign performance for better return on investment

• Ensure a current and robust knowledge of the travel industry and competitive marketplace

• Monitor and analyse audience behavior through the collection of qualitative and quantitative audience data, including digital marketing analytics, customer surveys and employee feedback. Have a thorough understanding of audience segmentation methods, attribution modelling, and automated workflows to deliver highly customized campaigns.

• Management and mentoring of all direct reports

• Ongoing acquisition and implementation of best practice marketing skills,platforms and processes through continuous learning

• Participate in strategic planning and development activities as required

• Management of digital marketing platforms, including websites, social media, email and advertising channels to ensure maximum engagement

• Develop and implement multi-channel brand awareness and lead-gencampaigns

• Monitor SEO performance and apply tactics to improve website’s organicvisibility

• Management of digital marketing automation software (Hubspot)

• Development of strategic digital marketing campaigns, including new product launches, in collaboration with the global marketing team

• Development and delivery of regional content strategies, including strategic content to support lead-generation and thought leadership

• Development and delivery of internal and external corporate communications

• Present the CTM Asia corporate and event marketing strategy at internal and external events as required

• Manage supplier relationships, including media / PR agency, digital andcreative agencies

• Responsible for the effect delivery of all branded assets (internal and external) to increase brand awareness and maximum brand credibility

• Ensure absolute professionalism and consistency in brand application across all areas of the business, internally and externally

• Develop and implement new and improved processes and platforms to support maximum brand consistency and professionalism

• In collaboration with the Global Marketing Team, implement new brandstrategies as required

• Conduct brand and social media training with corporate and events employees in Asia

• Manage branding and communication requirements of all internal and external events

• Management of the CTM and ETM award submissions in Asia

• Participation in meetings and events as required - some regional andinternational travel may be required

 

Requirements:

• Post-graduate degree in Marketing or related field

• Minimum 3-5 years’ marketing management experience – with demonstrable expertise in digital marketing, communications and brand management

• Highly experienced working with digital marketing platforms including  Wordpress CMS, Hubspot automation software (preferable), social media management tools, Google Analytics, Google Adwords

• Strong understanding of brand principles, sales pipelines and audiencesegmentation

• 100% adherence to brand guidelines

• Strong data analysis skills

• Highly creative

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills – the ability to work with a broad range ofstakeholders

• Must thrive in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Travel industry experience preferable
