• ŸDegree or above in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related disciplines
• ŸAt least 3 years’ post-qualification experience in the field of external affairs, corporate communications or fundraising is preferable
• ŸResponsible for liaising with internal and external parties for board members’ events / activities; co-ordination of visits and receiving guests / visitors
• ŸFluent and good presentation skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skill, self-motivated, presentable and proactive
• ŸExcellent written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin, proficient writing skill
• ŸStrong PC skills in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• ŸExperience in welfare sector or charity body will be an added advantage
• ŸWilling to attend activities / ceremonies during holidays and non-office hours
