Job Description

About the Role:

Events

  • Assist in organising corporate events including but not limited to Annual Conference and Exhibition, HKIHRM HR Excellence Awards and seminars
  • Coordinate event logistics (e.g. registration, payment) and onsite operations (e.g. venue, F&B and production items)
  • Develop promotional materials such as eDM and keep track of the response rate
  • Liaise with and follow up different stakeholders such as vendors, sponsors, delegates
  • Handle enquiries and provide client servicing

Communications

  • Prepare internal and external communication materials such as eNews, press releases and presentations
  • Assist publication and corporate materials production including Official Journal, Annual Report, HR Service Providers Directory
  • Keep track of media coverage and assist in media relation activities
  • Update corporate web page and social media platforms
  • Assist ad-hoc projects when necessary

About You:

  • Degree holder or above in any discipline
  • 1 year’s experience in events management and/or corporate communications
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms. Design skill is a plus
  • Strong sense of teamwork, responsibility and self-initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, organisational and time management skills
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure with seasonal workload

Work location: Causeway Bay
