About the Role:
Events
- Assist in organising corporate events including but not limited to Annual Conference and Exhibition, HKIHRM HR Excellence Awards and seminars
- Coordinate event logistics (e.g. registration, payment) and onsite operations (e.g. venue, F&B and production items)
- Develop promotional materials such as eDM and keep track of the response rate
- Liaise with and follow up different stakeholders such as vendors, sponsors, delegates
- Handle enquiries and provide client servicing
Communications
- Prepare internal and external communication materials such as eNews, press releases and presentations
- Assist publication and corporate materials production including Official Journal, Annual Report, HR Service Providers Directory
- Keep track of media coverage and assist in media relation activities
- Update corporate web page and social media platforms
- Assist ad-hoc projects when necessary
About You:
- Degree holder or above in any discipline
- 1 year’s experience in events management and/or corporate communications
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms. Design skill is a plus
- Strong sense of teamwork, responsibility and self-initiative
- Excellent interpersonal communication, organisational and time management skills
- Able to multitask and work under pressure with seasonal workload
