Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 6 colleagues to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns for strengthening the brand positioning and increasing brand awareness
• Establish and monitor yearly PR / Marketing plan according to the company budget.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations team to execute effectively and to maximize the sales potential from our products and colleagues.
• Analyze industry, market competitive trends and initiate market research studies.
• Build and maintain good relationships with media and agency partners on marketing activities.
• Develop and maintain good relationship with shopping mall and department stores
• Oversee and create the overall CRM and digital strategy in alignment with business objectives
• Lead all CRM projects and customer retention, data analysis and insights.

Requirements:

• Diploma preferred
• 3 years of experience in Beauty / Skincare / Fragrance industry
• Experience in managing & executing digital campaigns
• Proficiency in MS office application, detail minded and sensitive to figures
• Able to take multi-task
• Immediate Available is an advantage
