Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the contact point between global and local teams on all operational aspects of launches and campaigns development (launch materials, analysis, research, compilation of campaign assets, reports)
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across global and the region to ensure smooth delivery of goals
  • Coordinate key marketing projects for the brand portfolio within the region
  • Consolidate market data, consumers and competitor analysis (product / digital campaigns/ media)
  • Monthly business, digital and post-campaign tracking and reports
  • Organize and support regional meetings
  • Support Marketing Director on any marketing-related matters

 Requirements:

  • University  degree in Marketing / Business Studies or related disciplines

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in skincare / beauty industry
  • Able to handle multi-brands across different categories
  • Possesses self-starter attitude, result-oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Flexible, adaptable and accepts to changes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Ability to communicate fluently, both spoken and written, in English and Mandarin is a must
  • Proficiency in computer skills, e.g. Excel, PPT
