Our client is a reputable HK listed real estate company with strong presence in PRC.  A need has arisen to hire a seasoned marketing professional to head its team for two well established property projects.  

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the business activities
• Produce ideas for promotional events or activities such as collaboration with tenants (primary first class luxury clients) etc.
• Monitor progress and submit performance reports
• Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements
• Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects
• Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships

To qualify, you should be a degree holder with around 10-15 years of experience in the marketing field gained from luxury retail sector.  You should demonstrate a can do attitude with excellent communication skills to work with people from different countries.  Fluency in English and Chinese is essential.  Tax equalization will be given to HK candidates who are interested to relocate to PRC.
