Responsibilities:

• To assist in developing the marketing and sales strategies for company’s real estate projects in China or other destinations assigned by the company;
• To assist in formulating and implementing the marketing and sales plan, in order to achieve the planned sales target within the budget and timeline;
• To be responsible for the market research, studying government policy, leading local team to monitor the performance of competitors in order to formulate marketing strategy and activities;
• To be responsible for the productions of all marketing tools (include brochures, pamphlets, advertisement, video，computer rendering，floor plans, website and other interactive promotion tools, etc.)
• To work closely with Projects Department and give input in property master planning, unit mix, layout planning, exterior and interior design from the viewpoint of sales & marketing
• To assist in managing the operation of sales office and show flats, in order to provide quality presentation and customer service;
• To be responsible for the planning and coordination of media placement, including not limited to newspaper, magazine, TV, radio, outdoor, internet media, social media, etc.
• To be responsible for organizing marketing events, exhibitions, PR activities, media events,  sales activities and handover events, etc;
• To build strong network with Hong Kong and local advertising companies, media, production suppliers (such as printer, production house, interactive companies, etc.);

Requirements:

• A bachelor degree holder in Marketing, Real Estate or other related disciplines;
• At least 5-8 years solid experience in sales and marketing of real estate properties (experiences in China properties is an advantage)
• Strong communication skills and presentation skills; proficient in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua);
• Be self-motivated, good team player and ability to work independently and under pressure;
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc

Station in Hangzhou
