Responsibilities

• In change of marketing function in HK and Macau
• Go through the whole new product launching process from planning includes target customer group, pricing
• Assistant the overall strategic business plans to deliver market share, volume and profit objectives.
• Assist the development on pricing and promotion strategy to drive sustainable growth
• Closely monitor monthly market data and analysis on market trends
• Collect market feedback of product and feedback to manufacturer for further improvement on product features and benefit.
• Manage and controlled A&P expenses of the assigned brands
• Maintain good relationship with KOL
• Conduct new product training to sales team
• Assist in B2B exhibitions, events & seminars
• Assist in regional projects with Asia countries for new products
• Coordinated with overseas marketing team for joint marketing projects

Requirements

• BS or BA preferred
• A minimum 3 years experience in medical device, digital health or dental product development
• Experience in new product launch
• Familiar in local market 
• Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong project management skills
