Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of staff training & development events and activities including but not limited to assist in planning, designing, implementing, managing and administrating events and activities initiatives to meet the organization and business goals;
• Act proactively with different stakeholders to identify the needs for training and staff development from time to time;
• Align and follow-up with different stakeholders for effective projects launch;
• Prepare training records and reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Degree holder of Marketing, Public Relation, Communication or related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate activities and events management;
• Energetic, ability to work under pressure and strong sense of accountability;
• Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in English and Chinese, spoken and written, Putonghua a plus;
• Good PC knowledge in Photo shop and video maker;
• Immediate available is highly preferable.
