• Handle customers’ inquiries and complaints in a courteous manner.
• Manage company's digital platforms.
• Assist in promotional activities.
• Compile and analyze market information on customers’ preferences.
• High Diploma or above, majoring in Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales and marketing, fresh graduate will also be considered.
• Experience in ISO system and audit procedures is preferred.
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, good telephone manner.
• Able to work under pressure and meet challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing.
