Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the marketing and product management for assigned products
- Develop marketing strategies and programs targeted at both consumer and trade channels and implement a mix of marketing elements
- Strategize and execute marketing activities as well as ensure effective management of marketing funds and adequate inventory levels
- Assess brand and merchandising strategies by continuously monitor the achievements versus targets
- Oversee market research and analysis, promotions and advertising associated with assigned brands
- Set annual and monthly sales budgets agreed with principals
- Responsible for product marketing functions such as inventory control, product costing and pricing
- Develop strong working relationships with internal customers, suppliers and external agencies
- Conduct regular business review and daily communication with principal(s)
- Evaluate potential market opportunities and explore new customers and product portfolios
Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Marketing related subjects
- A minimum of 8 years’ brand management experience, preferably with at least 2 years at supervisory / managerial level gained
- Experience in FMCG industry gained from multi-nationals is a definitely advantage
- Strong analytical skills and excellent presentation & interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and tight timeline
- Fluency in English and Cantonese
- Position title may be adjusted subject to candidate's experience and seniority
