Responsibilities:

• Responsible for marketing of properties, support and execute a full spectrum of branding, marketing and promotional campaigns;
• Handle media and advertisement planning and execution across a wide platform, such as sales brochure, TV, outdoor billboards, print advertisements in different newspapers; & magazines, online media and various marketing collaterals etc.;
• Conduct market research and analysis;
• Marketing budget management – ensure expenses are spent with the maximum return on investment
• Maximum media exposure though preparation and distribution of press releases, handling media enquirers
• To identify, plan and implement new business opportunities in Hong Kong

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing, Surveying or related disciplines;
• 3-5 years Sales & Marketing experience in Hong Kong property related field;
• Sound knowledge and experience in Marketing, Advertising and PR for property sales projects;
• Strong in market research, product planning and development, and marketing strategy formulation and implementation;
• Knowledge on Residential (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills;
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua will be an advantage
